FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the portfolio
Are the portfolio projects real client work?
For client confidentiality, the work on our portfolio page may be presented anonymously by industry and project type. You can request detailed references and similar project examples in the first meeting.
How many weeks/months does a similar project take?
Duration varies with scope; each project page states an approximate time range. The exact schedule is shared in writing after the analysis.
How are project results (gains) measured?
Indicators defined at the start (time, cost, error rate, conversion, etc.) are compared before and after the project. Results are reported a certain time after go-live.
Can we use the technologies in the portfolio in our project too?
The choice of technology is specific to your project. We use similar architectures and proven approaches, but every solution is shaped by your needs, existing systems and budget.
Do you take on projects in industries not in your portfolio?
Yes. Our methodology is industry-independent: analysis, goal, prototype, measurement. In a new industry, we work with your domain experts to clarify the requirements.
Can we request a project presentation or demo?
Yes. We can schedule a sample demo or presentation related to the service you're interested in. Just mention it in the first meeting.
Can you provide references for your projects?
For projects without a non-disclosure agreement, we share references with the client's approval. You can find example work on our References and Portfolio pages. If you'd like an example from a specific industry, you can ask in the first meeting.
How are project duration and budget planned?
After the analysis, we share the scope, timeline and budget in writing and propose a phased delivery plan.
Does support continue after delivery?
Yes; we offer support plans for maintenance, updates and development.
Which industries do you work with?
We work with manufacturing, retail, logistics, services, education, health technology, the public sector and startups. Since every industry's requirements are different, we design solutions based on analysis results, not industry templates. You can see project examples on our portfolio page.
