About our team
How is the project team determined?
Depending on the project type, a team of engineers, designers, data scientists and consultants is formed. Team members are introduced to you at the start, and responsibilities are defined in writing.
What does your academic staff do in projects?
Academic advisors support areas such as method selection, model validation, literature and scientific reporting. They safeguard scientific rigor in R&D and AI projects.
Is it possible to join your team?

Can I contact team members directly?
Throughout your project, your project manager is your single point of contact. When needed, we also arrange meetings with the relevant expert on technical matters.
Does your team have a continuous training and development policy?
Yes. Because technologies change quickly, the team keeps its skills up to date through regular training, research and knowledge sharing. This experience feeds directly into our projects.
Who is on the DGH Ar-Ge team?

Do you collaborate with universities?
Yes. Thanks to our academic staff we run university–industry collaboration projects and focus on turning research output into products. The collaboration model is designed around the project's goal.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Meetings, tracking and deliveries can be handled with online tools. If face-to-face work is needed for stages such as analysis and setup, we can also travel outside Ankara.
In which languages do you provide services?
Our main working language is Turkish. If you would like to run your project in English or German, let us know in the first meeting.
Is the first meeting paid?
No. In the free initial consultation we listen to your needs and define the right approach and scope together.
