Enterprise solutions

We turn R&D into strategy.

From enterprise software to R&D consulting, from project development for TÜBİTAK and similar funding programs to university–industry collaboration, we support you end to end.

Why should R&D be tied to strategy?

In many companies, R&D is a scattered activity run from project to project. But when R&D is part of the company's 3–5 year competitive strategy, which technologies to invest in, which projects to prioritize and which funding to use become deliberate decisions.

At DGH Ar-Ge, we first review the company's product and technology roadmap, its current capabilities and goals; then we tie the right R&D projects, funding mechanisms and partnerships into a single plan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do we start the R&D consulting process?

In the free initial consultation we listen to your company, project and goals and carry out an eligibility assessment. We then present a proposal with the scope and work plan.

What kinds of projects are eligible for R&D funding?

Projects that aim to develop a new product, process or service and involve technical uncertainty and innovation are suitable. Routine updates are generally out of scope. Eligibility is assessed according to the relevant call conditions.

What do you consider when choosing a funding program?

Company size, project type and duration, budget, targeted output and timeline are evaluated together. Overlaps and rules between programs are checked, and the most suitable path is recommended.

Do you write the application file?

The technical content is based on the knowledge of you and your team; we prepare the file together with you in terms of structure, alignment with the call, presentation and budget consistency. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of all content.

What happens after the project is approved?

The stages of contract and start-up procedures, execution of work packages, periodic reporting and preparation of expense documents are followed. Optionally, we also provide consulting during execution.

How is academic advisor support provided?

Academic experts relevant to the topic take part in the scientific method and validation sections of the project. The collaboration model and intellectual property terms are put in writing from the start.

Do you provide R&D consulting and TÜBİTAK project support?

Yes. With our academic staff we analyze your project idea with scientific methods and support you in project preparation and management for funding programs.

Do you guarantee that a funding application will be approved?

No; evaluation is at the discretion of the relevant institution. We help ensure the project is prepared to be scientifically and technically strong.

Do you also provide consulting for KOSGEB funding?

Yes. We provide support with eligibility assessment, project preparation and applications for KOSGEB programs. Since programs and conditions can change over time, we proceed according to the current call and implementation rules.

How do I know which funding program is right for me?

Suitable programs vary by company size, industry, project type and goal. In the free initial consultation we listen to your company and project, list possible programs and carry out an eligibility assessment.

What's the difference between an R&D project and a software project?

A software project aims to meet a need with known methods. An R&D project involves technical uncertainty and innovation; its outcome is not certain in advance and it requires research and experimentation. If a project meets these criteria, it may be eligible for R&D funding.

What does being in a technopark offer a company?

Companies in technology development zones can benefit from certain tax and social security advantages under the legislation and gain opportunities for university collaboration. The relevant zone management and current legislation should be consulted for current conditions.

Do you support applications for European Union projects?

We can advise on idea evaluation, consortium building and budget planning for suitable programs. EU programs are competitive and have detailed rules; early preparation increases the chances of success.
