Business Development & Project Services

Business development, project management and resource-based planning from idea to implementation.

In brief
  • We turn the idea into an actionable plan with goals, strategy, resources and a timeline.
  • With feasibility and risk analysis we base the investment decision on data.
  • We can take on project management or advise your team.

Most good ideas get lost for lack of planning. We help clarify goals, build a strategy and plan resources (budget, team, time) realistically.

With project management support we make the process trackable, risks predictable and outputs measurable.

In detail

Business Development & Project Services: how do we do it?

From idea to business plan

We first clarify a new product, service or digital venture idea in terms of the problem, target audience and value proposition. Analyzing the market and alternatives shows why and for whom the idea is valuable.

Then the scope, resource needs (team, budget, technology) and timeline are drawn up. The plan is prepared clearly enough to present to investors, management or a funding program.

Feasibility and risk management

We assess technical feasibility (can it be done?), economic feasibility (is it profitable?) and operational feasibility (can it be run?). Risks are classified by probability and impact, and a mitigation plan is written for each.

This way, the go/no-go decision is based on data before the project starts.

Project management and stakeholder coordination

Schedule, budget and scope are tracked through regular reporting. In projects involving university, public and private sector stakeholders, roles, deliverables and communication rhythm are clarified from the start.

An agile or stage-gate method is chosen depending on the nature of the project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you take on project management entirely?

We define the scope together; we can take on all or part of the management.

Can we get planning support only?

Yes. You can engage us for planning and feasibility work as a standalone service.

Which industries do you work with?

We carry out projects in various industries with university, public and private sector stakeholders.

Which project management methods do you use?

We choose agile or stage-based methods depending on the nature of the project and use a hybrid approach when needed.

Who can benefit from the business development service?

Companies planning a new product or market, teams struggling to manage corporate projects, SMEs preparing for funding programs and startups can benefit. We work at every scale, with a scope suited to the goal.

What does a feasibility study include?

Technical feasibility, market and competitor analysis, cost and revenue estimates, risk assessment and alternative scenarios are included in the feasibility study. The result provides a concrete basis for deciding whether to continue, change or stop the project.

How do you use project management tools?

Work packages, schedule, owners and risks are tracked in a shared project tracking tool, and regular reports that our client can also access are shared. That way the project status is always transparent and measurable.

How is the project budget planned and controlled?

The budget is prepared in writing, item by item, together with the scope and assumptions; risks of deviation are stated from the start. Changes are managed through an approval process, and actual spending is reported regularly.

Can partnership and collaboration models be set up?

Yes. In university, public and private sector partnerships, we help clarify roles and responsibilities, intellectual property sharing and the revenue model. For legal arrangements between the parties, we recommend working with your legal advisor.

Do you support startup and new product ideas?

Yes. We provide consulting to test the idea's problem–solution fit, define the first version's scope and evaluate suitable funding programs. If needed, we can also take on development of the product.

Can you take over a project midway?

Yes. A takeover analysis is carried out by reviewing the current status, code and documents. Based on the outcome, we present an improvement or restructuring plan. A transparent status report makes your decision easier.
