Data controller
This privacy notice has been prepared by DGH Ar-Ge (the "Company") as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Company is a software and R&D company based in Ankara. Contact: info@dgharge.com, +90 534 065 87 78. The official title, MERSİS number and address will be added to this section at launch.
Personal data processed
Through the contact and application forms on our website, we may process your full name, company/organization, email address, phone number, requested service, budget and timing preferences and message content; and during your visit to the site, technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and pages visited. We do not request special categories of personal data; please do not enter such information in the forms.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, carry out quote and initial consultation processes, communicate before and during the contract, improve service quality and site security, fulfill our legal obligations and protect our rights against legal claims.
Legal grounds
Your data is processed on the legal grounds under KVKK Art. 5/2 of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and to the extent necessary, to our hosting, email and infrastructure service providers, our legal, accounting and audit advisors, and authorized public institutions and organizations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. If data is transferred abroad, the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are complied with.
Retention period
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; when the period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Requests that do not result in a contract at the quote stage are destroyed after a reasonable period.
Data security
Technical and administrative measures such as access authorization, encrypted communication, backups and up-to-date infrastructure are applied to prevent unlawful processing of, access to and loss of your data. Our employees and business partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7; to request that these operations be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to info@dgharge.com, with information verifying your identity. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process requires additional cost, the tariff set by the Board may be applied.
