We collect feedback at the end of the project and during the support period and track indicators such as delivery time, error rate and support response time. We make process improvements based on this data.

Yes. With maintenance, development and consulting plans, we continue working with many clients after delivery. A long-term relationship gives you the advantage of a team that knows the system.

Yes. At your request, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before project information is shared. Team members involved in the project are also bound by confidentiality.

Yes. Thanks to our academic staff we run university–industry collaboration projects and focus on turning research output into products. The collaboration model is designed around the project's goal.
