DGH Ar-Ge is an Ankara-based software and R&D company. With our engineers and academic staff, we develop AI, ERP, custom software, web design, e-commerce, mobile app, automation and digital transformation projects, and we also provide R&D consulting for TÜBİTAK and similar funding programs. The process consists of a free initial consultation, needs analysis, design, development, testing, SEO setup and launch. A corporate site usually takes a few weeks; projects with custom modules or e-commerce take a few months depending on scope. The exact schedule is shared in a written quote once the scope is clear.

Yes. We provide scientific development of the project idea, identification of the right funding program, preparation of the application file and technical support during execution. Thanks to our academic staff, we also support you in university–industry collaboration projects. Approval of the application is at the discretion of the relevant institution.

No. The approval decision is at the discretion of the relevant institution, and no consultant can guarantee it. We focus on increasing the chances of approval by ensuring the application meets the current call conditions, is technically strong and is well documented.

No. Our office is in Ankara; we serve clients across Türkiye and abroad remotely, and on site when needed. Meetings can be held online; on-site work can be planned for the analysis and setup stages.

Custom software makes sense if your processes differ from the industry standard, if multiple systems need to be connected, or if the licensing and flexibility limits of off-the-shelf software are holding you back. Otherwise, customizing an existing solution may be more economical; we give an impartial recommendation after the analysis.

The amount of data depends on the problem; some classification problems need hundreds of examples, image-based problems may need thousands. In the first meeting we review the available data and clarify feasibility and any additional data to be collected. We recommend measuring with a small prototype first.

Yes. Technical SEO (speed, structure, schema, sitemap), content structure, keyword research and local SEO are a standard part of our web projects. We can also offer a separate plan for ongoing SEO support after launch. Rankings cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on many external factors.

Yes. Bug-fix support is provided for a certain period after delivery; after that we offer maintenance, update, monitoring and development plans. The maintenance scope and response times are set out in writing in the contract.

Intellectual property and source code rights are clearly set out in the contract. For custom-developed projects, our principle is to transfer usage and source code rights to you under the contract once payment is complete. Third-party licenses are specified separately.

No. The first consultation is free. In it we listen to your needs, share possible approaches and risks and decide the next step together. If we think a project isn't right for you, we say so openly.

In most projects, payment is split by delivery stage: for example start, interim deliveries and final delivery. The plan is written in the contract together with the scope and timeline. Monthly payment models are also possible for long-term projects.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement, ensure that only the necessary team members access the data, observe KVKK compliance and apply measures such as encrypted communication and backups. The terms for returning and destroying data at the end of the project are clarified in writing.
