TÜBİTAK Project Consulting

We develop your project idea scientifically and prepare it to fit the funding program.

In brief
  • The original value of the idea is demonstrated with scientific method.
  • Consistency of work packages, risks and budget is ensured.
  • Approval is not guaranteed; the current call text applies.

Successful applications to funding programs come less from a strong idea than from a well-written, well-justified project proposal. The sections on original value, technical method, work packages, risk analysis and budget must be consistent with each other.

Programs and calls change over time, so the current call text and the institution's evaluation criteria apply to each application. Approval of the application is at the discretion of the relevant institution and cannot be guaranteed.

In detail

TÜBİTAK Project Consulting: how do we do it?

The structure of a good project proposal

A project proposal consists of the problem definition, the limits of existing solutions, the proposed original approach, method, work packages, timeline, risk analysis and budget. Each section must support the others, and the goals must be measurable.

Original value is demonstrated not by saying "a new application" but by explaining what is technically new and why it is difficult.

Execution and reporting

In an approved project, work packages are carried out according to the schedule; periodic reports present outputs and expenditures in the required format. Deviations are spotted early and justified.

When technical development, scientific validation and project management are carried out together, the project is more likely to be completed successfully.
