The problem we faced
The company had an innovative product idea but couldn't present its R&D nature, work packages and budget in the funding program's format.
SolutionThe approach we developed
We tested the idea with literature and competitor analysis and clarified the technical uncertainties and innovative aspects. We identified the right funding program based on the current call and wrote the work packages, risk analysis, team and budget sections together. The file was checked for consistency through internal review rounds.
