Web, SEO and content

What SEO work do you do?

We handle technical SEO, site architecture, content planning, keyword research, structured data and speed improvements. We also offer a post-launch performance monitoring and reporting plan.

When will my website reach the top of Google?

Rankings depend on many factors such as competition, content quality, technical structure and site age. Meaningful results usually take months. We advise caution with services that promise specific rankings.

Why is writing blog posts important for SEO?

A blog increases your site's coverage and authority by answering the questions users type into search engines. Original, expert and up-to-date content earns both traffic and trust.

Do you set up Google Maps and local SEO listings?

Yes. We support Google Business Profile recommendations, local keywords and local structured data. Ownership and verification of the business profile should remain with an authorized person at the business.

Who owns the content and images for the website?

Content you provide belongs to you. Usage terms are specified for licensed stock images; images without usage rights are not used. We can recommend a professional photographer for custom shoots.

Do you set up website analytics tools?

Yes. Analytics and search console setup, conversion events and consent management (cookie consent) are configured. The measurement plan is created together based on your goals.

Software, AI and integration

Do you use Agile or waterfall in software projects?

In most projects we use a phased, iterative approach with demos and feedback in short cycles. For work with a clear, fixed scope, a more planned flow can also be used. The method is chosen based on the nature of the project.

What does API integration mean, and why is it important?

An API is a standard interface that lets two software systems send and receive data. Integration reduces double data entry, automates processes and ensures consistency between systems.

How do AI solutions work with corporate data?

Your corporate data is analyzed, cleaned and prepared for the model. Data is processed in your environment or in a secure environment. Model outputs are connected to your existing software via API.

Can you modernize our legacy software?

Yes. After analyzing the existing system, we evaluate options such as phased modernization, rewriting or adding new modules around it, and recommend the lowest-risk path.

What are your testing and quality assurance processes?

Functional, integration and performance tests are carried out, along with user acceptance tests. Automated tests are prepared for critical flows. Test results are shared with every delivery.

Do you set up and manage cloud infrastructure?

Yes. Choosing and setting up the right cloud or server infrastructure and establishing backups and monitoring are among our services. Infrastructure accounts are opened in your name; ownership stays with you.

R&D, TÜBİTAK and funding

Do you also provide consulting for KOSGEB funding?

Yes. We provide support with eligibility assessment, project preparation and applications for KOSGEB programs. Since programs and conditions can change over time, we proceed according to the current call and implementation rules.

How do I know which funding program is right for me?

Suitable programs vary by company size, industry, project type and goal. In the free initial consultation we listen to your company and project, list possible programs and carry out an eligibility assessment.

What's the difference between an R&D project and a software project?

A software project aims to meet a need with known methods. An R&D project involves technical uncertainty and innovation; its outcome is not certain in advance and it requires research and experimentation. If a project meets these criteria, it may be eligible for R&D funding.

What does being in a technopark offer a company?

Companies in technology development zones can benefit from certain tax and social security advantages under the legislation and gain opportunities for university collaboration. The relevant zone management and current legislation should be consulted for current conditions.

Do you support applications for European Union projects?

We can advise on idea evaluation, consortium building and budget planning for suitable programs. EU programs are competitive and have detailed rules; early preparation increases the chances of success.

My project idea isn't clear yet — can we still meet?

Of course. Idea development, needs and literature analysis and identifying solution alternatives are part of our services. We can clarify the idea together in the first meeting.

Security, contracts and KVKK

Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. At your request, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before project information is shared. Team members involved in the project are also bound by confidentiality.

What do you do for KVKK compliance?

In solutions that process personal data, we build data minimization, access authorization, privacy notice and explicit consent processes into the design. For legal assessment, we recommend working with your legal advisor.

What does the contract include?

Scope, timeline, budget and payment plan, delivery and acceptance criteria, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and maintenance terms and limits of liability are the core elements of the contract.

In whose name are the domain and hosting accounts opened?

Domain, hosting, email and analytics accounts are opened in your name; ownership and administrative rights remain with you. We only use the necessary access temporarily.

Are backups made for sites and systems?

Yes. Regular automatic backups and restore tests are part of the maintenance plan. The retention period and location of backups are clarified at the start of the project.

What cybersecurity measures do you take?

An up-to-date platform, secure authentication, authorization, input validation, encrypted communication and regular updates are the core measures. For critical systems, a security assessment and monitoring can also be planned.
