Problem

The problem we faced

Orders came in by phone, email and messaging apps. The sales team made errors and faced delays entering orders by hand, and dealers couldn't see their stock or balances.

Solution

The approach we developed

We developed a B2B portal with dealer-specific price lists, risk limit checks and bulk and quick order entry. Orders pass through an approval flow and are transferred to the ERP automatically; stock, shipment and invoice status are reflected back to the dealer. Thanks to the responsive interface, the field sales team also uses the portal.
