Problem

The problem we faced

Each brand ran on a separate site with separate management. Stock synchronization was done by hand, and the sites slowed down during campaigns.

Solution

The approach we developed

We built an infrastructure with multi-store management under one roof, a shared stock pool, a campaign and coupon engine, and marketplace and ERP integration. Simplifying the checkout flow reduced cart abandonment; caching and scaling measures were put in place for campaign traffic.
