Field Mobile App for Technical Service Teams
A field service app that records work orders, customer signatures, photos and spare parts usage, even offline.
The problem we faced
Service technicians wrote job details on paper and entered them into the system when they returned to the office. This led to delayed invoicing and lost information.
SolutionThe approach we developed
We developed a cross-platform app for iOS and Android. Technicians receive the work order, see the route and customer details, add photos and signatures, and record parts used. Without internet, data is stored on the device and synced with headquarters once connected.
